3.Ensure projects are completed and completed correctly on time
4.Steep slope roofing, TPO, PVC, EPDM, asphalt, and metal knowledge
5.Must be able to diagnose roofing problems, manage crews and salesmen
6.Must have clean appearance
7.Reliable truck (company truck provided after probation period, fuel allowance will be provided).
8.Must have working cell phone (phone allowance provided and company phone provided after probation period).
9.Must be loyal and able to commit FULLY to our Company. (again this is a possible carrier NOT just a job)
10.Must be honest, Great not good Attendance and Attitude
11. Bi-lingual a plus!
12.Associate Degree or higher a plus (but not necessary)
13.MUST be willing to travel
14.At least one letter of recommendation
