I was the clothes and toy specialist, which meant that not only did I have manage responsibilities I was solely Responsible for the clothes and toy department, I had to attend a week long learning class and seminar for it. 3) September 2000 – January 2001 ~ American Maid, Lake Ozarks, MO Manager and cleaner Cleaned businesses and homes for clients. Input billing and payment information into computer. File paperwork. Arrange cleaning appointments. Made deposits. 4) January 2000 – June 2000 ~ Census Bureau Map reading Map making Assisting others in correctly filling out Census questionnaires and surveys. Additional Skills and Qualifications: I can handle situations involving dissatisfied and/or belligerent customers/employees with ease, confidence and no hesitation while maintaining a respectful and cooperating attitude. I have developed management and organization skills throughout my work experience. I do not wait for someone to tell me to do something, if I see something that needs to be done; I will start on it myself. I take initiative. I am a quick study.
