This person must be an energetic leader, assess the ability to motivate a team, have excellent problem solving skills, strong decision making abilities, and is responsible for completing a variety of reports and documentation regarding daily operations. Supervisors must be able to work well with other departments within the company to ensure efficient use of watercraft and equipment. Physical demands require standing or walking for the majority of the work day, ability to walk, bend, climb and work safely around water, and lift up to 70 pounds. This position will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. This is an hourly compensated position and this person will be required to work many weekends and evenings with some overtime. This position requires a person who is willing to work as a member of a team or by oneself to achieve desired results. Ability to read, write, and comprehend work orders, invoices and schedules.
