| Iguana Watersports is looking for dock supervisors for the upcoming 2012 Summer season. Supervisors are not required to have boating qualifications, however having experience is an asset. General labor skills are expected. Supervisors should have extensive knowledge and experience in customer service, cash handling, minor mechanical skills, and time management. This person must be an energetic leader, assess the ability to motivate a team, have excellent problem solving skills, strong decision making abilities, and is responsible for completing a variety of reports and documentation regarding daily operations. Supervisors must be able to work well with other departments within the company to ensure efficient use of watercraft and equipment. Physical demands require standing or walking for the majority of the work day, ability to walk, bend, climb and work safely around water, and lift up to 70 pounds. This position will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. This is an hourly compensated position and this person will be required to work many weekends and evenings with some overtime. This position requires a person who is willing to work as a member of a team or by oneself to achieve desired results. Ability to read, write, and comprehend work orders, invoices and schedules. Any skills or experience in any of the above mentioned tasks would be a distinct advantage over other candidates. Must be 18 years of age or older.
