ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include percentage of time spent on each duty/responsibility and categorize from highest to lowest percentage. This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned by Dept. Manager / Assistant Resort Manager / Resort Manager. • Maintains a strong and consistent focus on customer service The Owner/Guests is the reason we are here! • Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls. Take clear concise messages • Register Owner/Guests (check in/check out) • Check in/out videos • Keep Front Desk lobby and gift shop area neat and clean at all times • Sweep, mop and vacuum check-in office, bathrooms, laundry room etc. • Prepare totes for the next day delivery. (towels, wash cloths, unit supplies etc. ) Weight not to exceed 50 pounds. • Lift 50 pounds or totes waist high • Cover hot tub at 10: pm. This consists of pulling a plastic bubble tarp of about 20 pounds onto the hot tub. • Deliver supplies to units. This consists of towels, soaps, coffee makers, toasters etc. not to exceed 50 pounds and / or walk 300 yards. May use golf cart to perform this duty. • Wash, fold and put away all laundry as needed • Deliver totes to units depending on need and / or shift • Prepare maintenance work orders as needed • Log in lost and found book – identify Owner/Guest. Fill out lost & found form. Store lost and found items properly • Coordinates with other departments and personally ensures that all Owner/Guests requests are met, and all problems solved • Perform other duties as assigned by management EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Indicate minimum requirements necessary for this position. • There is no educational requirement for this position SKILLS AND ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
