If you can use a weed eater, blower, broom, At times must be able to lift equipment , Pack boxes for shipping and moving and have the ability to organize, clean storage lockers, I looking for a helper who has good transportation, has a truck and trailer a + , does not mind getting a little dirty at times, help lift tools,various decor/organize storage lockers and items and organize a shop/garage or what people need done, gardening. moving boxes, does not have sticky fingers ( if you are a thief or have a record on case net or involved with crimes in the past ( do not apply, background check will be done )Drug free environment! If you do not have a truck I have one. stick shift needs the tires changed though , You do it, has a valid driver license. Can be male or female. Part time on call for various duties. I also list on eBay and Craigslist 100% seller and sell products for 3rd parties and there may be times the person must go take photos of the product or item or bring it back to the office so it can be listed. Computer skills not needed but a plus I train if needed. I do not want crybabies or non dependable person, Late, have other problems. If you got problems do not apply. This is part time , depending upon the need. Might be on weekends, week days, evenings/part time , one time jobs if you have another job I might be able to work within your schedule. Must be drug free, a trustworthy person as we are dealing with other peoples property. Must be self motivated and work independently without supervision . Must have valid drivers license. We will provide the van for delivery and pick up. We need a person to carry and deliver the large totes used by the housekeeping staff. These totes will have linens, towels, and other items. The totes are dropped off at the condo door in the morning. Later in the afternoon, they are picked up and brought back to the office. Total work time is about 2 hours. This is an estimate. The job is Friday and Sunday only. Pay is $40 for the day. Not an hourly salary. We do not pay in cash. Taxes will be taken out Call the office and we can explain in more detail. Direction: From HH (or Horshoe Bend) go to Carol RD. Turn onto Carol Rd, go about 1 1/4 miles.
