To whom it may concern...My family and I are looking to relocate to the lake of the Ozarks A.S.A.P. and are seeking employment. I have around 25 years experience in Customer Service Related fields, 11+ years Administration, Data Entry and Management. I have been a business owner, ran a 501(C)3 charity and was a successful grant writer of both State and Federal / Competitive and Non-competitive grant writing. I have public speaking and networking experience as well as several other business building skills. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. I have experience in Quickbooks and Access although very little but I learn quickly. I work great in a team, independently, or in a leadership role. I also was required to keep track of call center calls (inbound & outbound), Average Speed to Answer, Abandoned calls, average wait times, etc. I was also expected to provide training for new customer service representatives. This position required me to work in a very fast paced environment, while providing outstanding customer service.
