Our CPA firm is seeking a full time experienced Accountant. Candidate should be professional, personable, hardworking and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. In addition, the candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, that can multi-task and is looking for a career with a local family owned firm.

Responsibilities would include:
• QuickBooks Support (Desktop and Online)
• Review Payroll Reports, Sales Tax, and other Monthly Reports
• Review and Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounting Projects
• Prepare Individual, Partnership, Corporation, Trust, Estate and Non-Profit Tax Returns including Meeting with Clients and Reviewing Returns
• Business Consulting and Setup
• Estimate Tax Planning

Required Experience: Tax return preparation, accounting and payroll experience required. Experience with QuickBooks desktop and online programs as well as Lacerte tax software is a plus but not a requirement. Certifications such as EA and CPA are a plus but not required.
