We’re looking for a driven office assistant to manage contracts and listings, and assist with our property management division. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. Some previous property management and/or real estate office experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent work ethic and consistent attendance are required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit Real Estate Transactions & Property Management Files
Execute the office marketing plan including overseeing all core social media, marketing and real estate activities, creation of a monthly newsletter, calendars, contacts & website
Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close (such as ensuring the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans)
Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with coordinating any necessary repairs
Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure transaction is completed by closing date
Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
Assist with collection and deposit of rents
Assist with coordinating necessary maintenance on rental properties
Deliver concierge-level customer service to all Clients
Greet Customers and Answer Phones

VERY IMPORTANT: Compensation is based on demonstrated experience and a track record of having performed at a high level for the building, implementation, and managing of processes and systems for better efficiency.
