Welding experience preferable but not a must, boat driving may be required to go to or from certain jobs, heavy lifting may be required,Need to have a VALID, CURRENT drivers license and have your own reliable transportation to and from work or job site, MUST be able to pass a drug test at any time, should be able to swim and not afraid of heights.DOE, Welders who pass a welding test will start at a higher starting wage. Health Insurance opt in is available after 90 days.
