B&B Heating and Cooling is growing, and we have several positions available with varying levels of required experience.


Positions Available:

Service Technician: Primarily performs service calls to diagnose and repair failed residential heating and cooling systems. This position requires an EPA refrigerant handling certification and a minimum of 3 years of experience servicing HVAC systems.

Installation Technician: Performs residential comfort system replacements – very little, to no new construction. This position requires an EPA refrigerant handling certification and a minimum of 1-year trade school and/or HVAC field experience. Sheet metal fabrication experience not required, but a plus.

Tune-up Specialist: Primarily performs preventative maintenance on residential systems for our many maintenance agreement customers. This position requires an EPA refrigerant handling certification and a minimum of 1-year trade school and/or HVAC field experience.

Duct Cleaning Technician: Performs duct and clothes dryer vent cleanings. This position does not require an EPA certification and could possibly be part time if desired.
