We are looking for a dynamic, talented dispatcher to join our team. If you are a focused and good at solving problems you would be a great fit for this position.

The primary responsibilities of this role is to answer our customer's calls in a timely, friendly and knowledgable manner and to optimize our schedule by ensuring the appropriate technician is scheduled for each job based on skill and logistics. It is the role of the dispatcher to appropriately interview each customer to determine their plumbing needs to best prepare the technician for the service call. When appropriate the dispatcher will obtain photographs from the customer to upload to the work order in the service application. The dispatcher will track technicians throughout the day to ensure that the schedule is being kept and review completion notes in order to ensure parts are ordered when necessary and return calls are scheduled or estimates are prepared.

Required Experience: --Answer customer calls in a friendly and courteous manner while solving logistic issues in building the schedule out daily, weekly and monthly.
--Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
Prioritize the most urgent and critical calls. Provide critical information to customers in high stress situations to help calm them and assist in minimizing their emergency.
--Engage relationship building skills to solidify customers relations.
--Monitor schedule throughout the day to keep technicians on track and customers updated.
--Monitor completion notes throughout day to ensure that they are adequate for billing, that pictures are attached and determine if follow-up is required.
--Build strong relationships with field and office personnel.
Engage with visitors to the office/shop.
--Work in an upbeat, fast paced environment, where your multi-tasking, communication, and logistical skills will be appreciated.

The right candidate will meet the following requirements:

--Be able to quickly analyze a situation to prioritize jobs based on company protocol.
--Be highly motivated, flexible and have a positive attitude.
Be empathetic to customers while remaining calm under pressure and solution driven with the company's objective top of mind.
--Be highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities and an intense attention to detail.
--Be knowledgeable of the plumbing industry would be desirable or have an aptitude and willingness to learn plumbing terminology and grasp the concept of basic plumbing parts and repairs.
--Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Have a professional and courteous phone demeanor.
--Have experience with a service application such as Service Fusion or Service Titan preferred. Have experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel required. Have experience with QuickBooks Online preferred.

Pay Based on Experience $16 to $19
