An employee in this position is vested with the statutory authority of a juvenile court officer and is primarily responsible for taking charge of youth who come within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court in Laclede County. An employee in this position works closely with children, families, law enforcement agencies, schools, social service agencies and members of the community, and is responsible for preparing reports and summaries for presentation in juvenile court hearings, and works with a high degree of independence. MUST live within Camden, Laclede, Miller or Morgan County.
