The ShipShape Co. is beginning the interview process for the 2021 boating season. We are currently hiring for Laborers (people who work hard and care about what they are doing), Crew Leaders (people who are able to work hard and are able to supervise 2-3 laborers), and Buffers (who have experience restoring the shine to gelcoat by removing oxidation with an electric buffer). The work you will be doing is Cleaning Boats while delivering the highest quality and customer service to our customers. You will be compensated well if you show up every day with a professional attitude and positive work ethic! This is fast paced, always-moving, never looking at your phone, semi-tedious-work at times type of job but is very rewarding & satisfying to see the results of your hard work. Spring days can be frigidly cold and a few summer days will be swelteringly hot. You will be working outside in the elements, while lifting items aprox 75lbs, up & down many flights of stairs, it is physically demanding and this work isn’t for everyone.
We will get along great if you have a positive mindset and a can-do-attitude in order to accomplish daily goals day-after-day all summer long.

Due to our short working season we are offering top-level hourly pay of $15.00/hr (for ten days of training) then you will earn $20.00/hr for the season – our working season is aprox 1000-1250hrs
• Work is generally in Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, Sunrise Beach and surrounding areas.
• 7:am to 4-6:pm, Mon – Fri + Sat work required when necessary (typically May and June)
• Positions will begin on or about Wednesday March 22 and will end in late-September 2021
• No boat / cleaning experience required, we will train you how to do everything.
