St. Elizabeth Care Center is a Skilled Long Term Care Facility located in St. Elizabeth, MO that specializes in the care and treatment of elderly and behavior patients. Our facility is willing to further education and send you to classes to get certified. We also offer shift differential of $1.00 more for evenings and $1.50 more for nights. We offer PTO, Health insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance and 401K. CPR certification is a plus, however we can train on site to get an employee certified.

Responsibilities
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients and behavior patients by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
Help clients take by assisting with ambulation
Help with mobility around the facility or outside
Assist with eating meals
Perform housekeeping duties by helping the patient maintain a clean and tidy room
Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
Qualifications
Enjoy working in a nursing home setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
Supportive and compassionate
Experience as a CNA or completion of a CNA Program
Take pride in providing high quality care
Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
