The Retail Manager is responsible for all retail operations in the resort. The position is responsible for maintaining cost margins, profitability, managing all labor costs relative to the department budget, staffing, training, disciplining and promoting a healthy and positive work environment, while maintaining guest satisfaction and experience. Other responsibilities include providing an upscale buying experience for all customers, including customer service standards, cleanliness and visual appeal.
