Groundskeeper, Pool Maintenance
7:00 am- Day position

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure site cleanliness, by picking up all trash around the boardwalk and dock area and assisting at other sites as required
Complete requests for maintenance from Harbor Master.
Power washing and cleaning pool area, boardwalk and dock area.
Cut, trim and water landscaping.
Building exterior: lights working, signage clean and visible

Experience and Educational Requirements:
Minor mechanical experience an asset
Landscaping experience helpful

Non-Technical Requirements:
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work independently (self-managed) and with other associates in a team environment
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature
Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
Ability to maneuver up to 90lbs with the proper equipment
