The City of Linn Creek is seeking a bid for a mowing service as outlined below.

CURRENT PROJECT:
Mow, Trim and Weed Abatement for City of Linn Creek Property.
Provider must be a private contractor who understands that the City does not, and will not, provide liability insurance of any type, and that Provider is not a City employee in any sense of the term.
Provider must have, and present proof of 1,000,000.00 liability insurance naming City of Linn Creek as additional insured. City desires to utilize the service of Provider from time to time, on an as needed basis, and Provider is willing and able to provide such service to the City pursuant to the terms of this agreement as follows:
(a) Mow and trim all City properties as listed below (set fee):
City Hall Park on E. Valley Drive, Memorial Park on W. Valley Drive, Fitness park on W. Valley Drive, Community Garden on S. Locust Street, 2 lots on S. Locust Street opposite the Methodist Church, Disposal lot on N. Locust Street, FEMA lots on the North and South sides at the end of E. Walnut Street, the FEMA lot at the End of Cherry Street equal to the Creek, the treatment plant on Cape Wood Road and all City street rights-of-way every 10 days or as needed throughout mowing seasons for a set rate of $_______________.
(b) Weed Abatement to Park parking lots and Patrol Car Facility every 30 to 45 days to maintain these areas for Residents and City Officials for a set rate of $_______________.
(c) Any trimming of Shrubs and Planter/Landscape areas as needed for a set rate of $________________.

BID SPECIFICATIONS: Sealed bids will be accepted until March 31, 2021. Bids must be accompanied with a copy of current proof of liability coverage.
