Required Experience: Two Levels of Maintenance Roles:
GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER - Able to lift / carry up to 75 lb, navigate flights of stairs to/from properties, reliable vehicle (SUV or Truck preferred), access to mobile device for task app & pictures/video submission, pass background check
Sample Tasks (not inclusive) – Bulb & Filter Replacement, Pest Control Tasks, Exterior Services, Lock Change Out, Security System Checks, Propane Tank Refills, Painting, Furniture Assembly

SKILLED MAINTENANCE WORKER - Able to lift / carry up to 75 lb, navigate flights of stairs to/from properties, reliable vehicle (SUV or Truck preferred), access to mobile device for task app & pictures / video submission, pass background checks
Sample Tasks – Drywall Repair, Plumbing Clearing, Door Installation, Deck Work, Railings, Landscaping, General “Handyman” Services, etc.
PAY - Task Based $35+ to Job Dependent OR Hourly Labor $35 (i.e. emergency jobs without bid or task allocation)
Required Education: No Requirement
