Bus Help Wanted

Bus Help Wanted Immediately. Experience preferred but not required.

Greet and escort patrons to their seats in a positive and friendly manner.
Maintain an active communication line with staff.
Clean and set tables in a prompt and efficient manner.
Unload Ingredient deliveries and restock tableware and linen.
Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Prepare condiments and beverages plus maintain side stations.
Pick up food from kitchen and participate in serving food to customers.
Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process.
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant and inviting patrons to return.
Ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Desired Skill(s):

Clean and set tables accurately
Operating a variety of equipment, such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
